What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Spotting While On Nexplanon?

I recently got on neplanon 3 months ago and i stopped having periods two months ago i had intercouse two weeks before exspected period then i didnt have one since the following month latley i been exsperiencing fatigue sever back pain admonial pain and spotting here and there i feel weak and sometimes get very sick feeling

Hi, I think you should do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy first. if negative, it can be due to side effect of nexplanon. You can take some pain killers. You can wait for periods. It may come in few days.
