What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?
hello - last night I had stomach pains and was throwing up for around 4 hours and now how pains in my middle to upper back, around where my rib cage is. Do you know what the issue could be? Is it just a muscle strain from throwing up or could it be something else? Thanks!

Most probably it could be severe gastritis secondary to acid reflux.
As the first line of management, you can take antacids like pantoprazole or omeprazole for symptomatic relief.
