What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

I have had abdominal pain for over 24 hours and vomited everything I ate plus bile yesterday. Went to urgent care because I cannot take in fluids even and the pain is very uncomfortable. He gave me antispasmodic pills and something for nausea. After the second dose of each, I just vomited pretty violently green bile. Still have some pain and not sure I can keep down fluids

First you investgate you by ultrasound if it show stone in gall blader treat it..if it not show take syptomic treatment tab hyosin antspamodic and tab domperidone in bd
