What Causes Abdominal Pain And Yellow Vaginal Discharge While Having Uterine Fibroid?

Hello sir, I am sandhya agrawal, I have an 12.8, 11.6, 11.8 cms large posterior subserous degenerating multiple uterine fibroid.But from last 2-3 days , I have low abdominal pain with dirty yellowish vaginal discharge So please tell me is this discharge is normal or any problems Thanks..

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part.
