What Causes Abdominal Pain Before Menstrual Period?
i am suffering from abdominal pain from right to left before menstral periods.till now can any doctor not help to me only suggest to take meftal spas medicine.please guide me sir . i suffering from this pain from 4 years.now this medicine also not working.
