What Causes Abdominal Pain, Chronic Diarrhea, Unusual Heart Beat And Hypertension?
I ve been having LUQ abdominal pain for days now and now moving to the RUQ pain with a pain scale about a 5. Thought maybe a virus but only diarrhea for two days no fever. Also have had chronic diarrhea for months now. I don t hav gerd or any esophageal problems. Only a heart murmur, some hypertension. It feels like my gut. Maybe gallbladder?? I ve had a complete hysterectomy 12 years ago and took my appendix too at that time. Any suggestions??
But chronic diarrhoea you have to be evaluated for lactose intolerance or gluten intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome or chronic infection etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol, use tablet pantaprazole before breakfast for one week. Use cap imodium in case of loose stools. If no improvement please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
