What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

i had a miscarriage almost two years ago and now i am worried that i might have one again. i did a pap smear at about 8 weeks in my pregnancy and now i am having pain in my right bottom. i am not really sure what causes the pain but its in my rear end and at nights i have difficulty getting out of bed. is this normal at 10 weeks. i have no bleeding but the pain in my but is unpleasant.

These pains in lower abdomen are because of stretching of uterine ligaments ( uterosacrals and mckenrodt's) and increasing laxity under effect of increased progesterone. this may give you a feeling of evacuation as well. suggestion is to apply hot fomentation over lower back and abdomen , that should help.these pains are normal in late first trimester and if no bleeding is present , you are safe.
