What Causes Abdominal Pain, Headache And Nausea With History Of PCOS?

Diagnosed with PCOS, currently using Nexplanon for.one month. Severe lower abdominal pain, headaches (rare for me), vison problems, nausea, shoulder joint pains traveling down my arm with the inplant. Should I see my pcp or is it nothing to worry about???
