Hi,

Based on your history, gastroenteritis (food poisoning) or indigestion could be the probable cause.Any recent history of outside food can be the reason. Proton pump inhibitors can prevent reflux symptoms. Nausea and vomiting can be treated with anti-emetics Dehydration should be treated with intravenous fluid.Antibiotics and may also be required in case of infections.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
