What Causes Abdominal Pain In The RLQ?
I have chronic abdominal pain in the RLQ after an old ostomy reversal. It s a deep twisting pain 24/7. It s accompanied by severe spikes in pain that are crippling. I am often awakened by the pain. It s accompanied by dizziness, fainting spells and insomnia.

Other risks include infection in the belly and blockage or scar tissue in the bowel. I suggest you to re visit your surgeon and consult if anything serious going on.
