You certainly should go to ER and get fully investigated.
It is possible that you may be suffering from septicemia or bacterimia and you need to in the hospital for investigations and intravenous fluids and and antibiotics.
GO for the tests of blood- kidney function and all routine, urine and blood culture sensitivity, ultrasonography, and all those advised by your Doctor .
Get a proper treatment and continue till you are cure.
It is possible that you have some obstructive lesion in the urinary tract, which might have caused all the problems you have, you may need intravenous pyelography .
