Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Abdominal Pain, Lower Back Pain And Left Sided Testicle Pain?
My husband is having abdominal pain on his left side which includes his left testicle and lower back. He has been taking testosterone booster and creative as he has been excercising. His pain becomes more severe when laying down. He has gone to the bathroom and has passed gas and stools.
The pain lower abdomen, back and left side testicle indicates possible calculus or gravels in the urinary system as ureter or kidney most likely, which will give migratory pain with mentioned places over the nerve supply of respective dermatomes. In my clinic, after thorough physical exam, I do recommend a urine microscopy and ultrasound of the abdomen, pelvis and scrotum to rule out the all possible causes of the condition and manage accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
