I have been having abdominal pain, nausea and weakness for about 2 weeks. The er did a battery of test and they were negative including a scan of stomach. The pain is moderate to severe at times and has started around my left side and down in my ovary area. I’m hot then cold constantly and when I do eat I feel like it only goes down so bar and sits there leading to more pain and nausea and vomiting sometimes. I do not have an ovary on left side. I have done everything the doc told me to like taking gavescon,Zantac 75 3 times a day along with nausea meds and it’s getting worse.
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
