What Causes Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Frequent Bowel Movements While Suffering From IBS?

I am having abdominal pain and nausea since Monday evening. It started as intense heartburn. I am able to eat but have reduced food intake due to the symptoms. I have IBS and am used to abdominal issues but this feels different. I am also having more frequent bowel movements.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and most common cause could be hyperacidity and this is happening because of emotional stress, try "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for couple of week, take care.
