What Causes Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Infrequent Urination?

Male, age 69: abdominal pain comes & goes from severe to mild since 3am. No Bowel movement since yesterday. Urination is infrequent ( less than normal/ prostrate enlarged). No vomtting but slightly nauseaous. Lite breakfast& lunch no dinner. Bloated and full feeling. No temp no bleeding. Took milk of magnesia at 3pm no thing yet.

there are so many cause most important is gastritis which can cause nause and committing with pain abdomen hepatitis also van cause as well as some liver diseases
