Hello,

Pain on the left side of the abdomen could be due to many reasons. I see that you had your uterus removed in 2013. The pain also runs all the way through thigh and your back. The possible reasons for this pain could be:
- A simple urinary tract stone
- A mild problem or spasm in the kidneys
- The pulling and the stretching of the remaining uterine ligaments in the pelvic cavity
- A simple Sciatica
- A problem in the spleen or the pancreas

In my suggestion, you may go for a thorough ultrasonography of the whole abdomen to look for any of the above mentioned causes.

In the meantime, you could take anti-spasmodics like Tablet Dicyclomine 10mg after food thrice daily for 3 to 5 days. This is a prescription drug; please get it prescribed by your doctor. Please do not worry; you would be fine soon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanthi E., General & Family Physician
