What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Left Side Along With Nausea?
Hi yesterday I went into urgent care for left side stomach pain and nausea the doctors had me pee in a cup and he pushed on my stomach he said there was blood in my urine and my stomach felt tender around my gall bladder and pancreas so he sent me to the hospital to get more labs done and a ultrasound done when I got there they took more pee and blood they said I still had blood in my urine and that s it and sent me home with pain meds without examining my stomach and my source of pain I have Ben bruising easily and I m still hurting I don t know if I should go back or just wait and see if the pain stops what should I do or what could it be
Hello, I had gone through your question and understand your concern. The most probable cause of your presented symptoms is kidney stone. Accute pain, tenterhooks abdomen and hematuria (blood in urine). Other cause may be gastric ulcer or gastritis too.
1. You must take plenty of fluids. 2. Low protein diet. 3. Also avoid foods high amount of oxalate salts like tomato. You can also take Alkalyser medication in consultation with your physician.
For proper diagnosis get an abdominal ultrasound done and come back to us..
