As the attending physician diagnosed you with UTI but symptoms are still there, thus cannot comment on the type of pain but as it is on the left side it is termed as 'left lower quadrant pain' and is often related to the digestive tract but can also be related to conditions of the body wall, skin, blood vessels,
urinary tract, or reproductive organs

diverticulitis is one of the most common causes.
2. At present all I can say is that it might be a 'gastrointestinal' symptom thus you should contact either a
general surgeon, gastroenterologist or Gynecologist and if not sure consult your GP who after reviewing your case history and physical examination will refer you to specialist concerned.
PS. The most common diagnoses of lower
abdominal pain relate to uterine, gonadal, renal, and bladder complications, [less common causes like primary dermatologic and musculoskeletal problems as well as
referred pain and neuropathies related to underlying vertebral and spinal cord complications can also occur], so examination is mandatory for further workup and management.
