What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Along With Vomiting And Dizziness?
I went to the Emergency Room on Wednesday of last week with the following symptoms: pain on my right side, vomiting, and lightheadedness. After a negative pregnancy test (which my tubes are tied) and x-rays and CT scans, I was told that I have kidney stones. I have not been in pain nor have I vomitted since Wednesday, however, now I am spotting. Is this a symptom of kidney stones?

Hi dear the symptoms of kidney stones are pain during micturation,abdominal pain, blood in urine,fever etc. You can correlate this. For treatmeny of stone you can follow this
1) Take plenty of water and fluids
2) Take Pineapple,orange,cranberry juice
3)Syp Cidal
4) Tab.pyridium for pain
5) Tab. Septran plus nitrozollium
6) Do not delay your voiding
7) For larger stone surgery is advisable
