My symptoms are upper right abdominal pain that is not constant yet seems to hurt if I bend slightly to the right especially if I m sitting or straining in any way followed by burning sensation that quickly goes away. Feels like swollen liver or gallbladder issues. I have been extremely fatigued and also bruise easily and for a few months my shoulder on right side has been hurting and tight and I thought it was muscle but the pain isn t always there but maybe 3or 4 days out of the week my shoulder starts hurting and really tight. Also maybe a bad case of Candida or internal yeast problem because the symptoms are brown spots on skin and itchy, bloating, never able to loose weight ,swelling,sudden weight gain for no reason in a short time
