Only Aldigesic causes stomach pain because it contains aceclofenac which is non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs. It can also cause analgesic nephropathy, however if used for long term. I would like to advise you to keep NSAIDS at minimum, use it only when there is severe pain in muscle, joints, head, tendons or kidney pain. If use it with at least two glasses of water then there will be no more stomach pain with it. Now you take Proton Pump inhibitor like omeprazole 40 mg one capsule daily for at least 15 days and also take Syp sucrulfate (ulsanic) to relieve stomach pain. Hope it helps best.
