What Causes Abdominal Pain Post Meal?

I m having frequent abdominal burning pain, wonder if I should see my dr. Sometimes high, under right breast, other times low below waist on left side. Sometimes wakes me at nite, but often occurs as I take first bites of a meal. I m diabetic and my endroconologist inquires about pancreatis?? I don t see that it relates to spices or fatty foods.

thanks for posting your query to hcm .
as I understand it could be because of gasrititis .increase in production of gasric acid leads to such kind of complaint . I suggest you to regulate your dite and avoid food which increases your pain . avoid spicy food , drink plenty of water , take walk after meal , evening meals should be take 2 hr before going to bed .
you can take acid decreasing agent like pentoprazole or rabiprazole for symptomatic release .
if no relieved , consult to gastroenterologist .
