What Causes Abdominal Pain, Spotting And No Periods After Discontinuing Triphasil?
I m 22 years of age, i weight 75. My hubby and i are trying for a baby almost for a year now. Last year Nov i got off the pill (triphasil), its June and i still haven t got my period yet. I have a lot of discharge everyday, i m experiencing cramps and light blood which last only for 2 days. I v done a pregnancy test its negative, i v seen a doctor and they only gave me pills for the cramps. The folic Acid i m drinking it now for the first time. Help please!!c

Triphasil may cause side effects like irregular menstruation. Since your pregnancy test is negative & you are not having regular periods, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynae.
If you are trying for a baby then both the partners should be willing to take the treatment. Get clinically assessed & get all male infertility tests done(Seminal fluid examination, testicular examination/biopsy, genetic testing, etc).
The female partner should get all female infertility tests done to detect any PCOS, fallopean tube & ovulation issue .
It may take some time. Stay away from stress, take nutritious food rich in protein, calcium, iron & minerals(both the partners).
Cut on addictions if any, Stay away from pollution, fast food, packed or frozen food. Take adequate rest. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected.
