What Causes Abdominal Pain, Swollen Eye, Headache And Sore Throat?

My daughter has been experiencing sore throat, headache, low grade temperature, fatigue for over a week. She is 17 years old and was seen by her pediatrician yesterday. She was tested for strep and flu. Both test were negative. She complained of pain on her stomach but upon palpation her doctor sated that her spleen was not enlarged. Today her eyes are swollen. Could it be Mono even though her temperature has not been higher than 100.5 degrees.

It might be due to eating junk foods. There is abdominal infection, so fever might come. Give her a good antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin analgesic Paracetamol antispasmodic Meftal spas tab. Antacid pantop 40 tab.
