What Causes Abdominal Pain, Vomiting And Diarrhea?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hi. i am female 25 yrs.i have been having abdominal pain for more than 3 years , nausea and sometimes diarrhea n vomiting. last year i did endoscopy and colonoscopy,and my results were partial villous atrophy (crypt hyperplastic pattern) for the duodenal biopsy and partial villous atrophy with dense lymphoid infiltrate for ileal biopsy also unequivocal features of immunoproliferative small intestinal diseases were not seen.the doctor said it might be celiac disease,so i was done blood test and the anti endomysium and anti gliadin results were both negative. so one doctor told me i have ibs and the other told me its celiac disease.which one is right?

Looking at the complete history and symptoms given here, it seems to be IBS only. It is a functional kind of disease and can run for a long time. If this is the pathology or infection then it cannot be long lasting but may come out with some serious condition.
In my opinion it can be IBS only, try to come out of stress and anxiety and everything will be fine soon.
