Gday I have a dull ache in my lower right abdomen. The onset was gradual and varies in intensity. It does not appear to be affected by certain foods, my appetite is good but there has been a recent weight loss though this was partially by design. More recently I have started feeling generally unwell, with chills fatigue/malaise I suffer with quite severe arthritis and winter has just arrived here in Australia. Recent blood work has all been within normal limits and my Blood sugar has settled with the recent weight loss. Do you have any suggestions?? Regards Nick
