What Causes Abdominal Pain Which Increases When Breathing?
Hi I have left side abdominal pain. It hurts more if I breathe in deeply and I feel the urge to cough. The pain travels down my left leg and sometimes in to my back and left shoulder. I m not constipated and can pass wind. I take no medication and do not drink alcohol. I feel cold and get light headed.

We have to rule out possible causes like pancreatitis. Consult a general surgeon and plan for a CT scan. As of now, analgesics like Tramadol can be taken.
