What Causes Abdominal Pain While On Gemfibrozil?

My husband always had lower cholesterol. His doctor one time promised him that she will take him off the cholesterol pills gemfibrozil. She never did. He has been taking this pill for over 25 years . He has been experiencing stomach pain sincev3months ago. The doctor did colon or copy test and astrology test. All came clear. He still has the pain. She put him on Santa s no help. He is on no spice,no salt diet still no help.what should he do.

If your husband's pain is so intense, you need to consult your doctor to do clinical assessment for his condition and prescribe suitable medications for him such as analgesics and antispasmodic .
