General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your child symptoms of persistent abdominal pain that radiates to the right despite intake of gas x med yes I will strongly suggesting a resistant peptic ulcer disease
In view of this you take him to see a paediatric specialist for further clinical assessment and re-evaluation of his medication but before that I believe he will benefit from endoscopy procedure to rule out the ulcer
I hope this helps Regards
