What Causes Abdominal Pain While Suffering From H-pylori Infection?

I have had h-pylori, ulsurs and tons of stress. So my belly is my enemy. Its constanly in pain and not to help i smoke and drink red wine. I have been throwing up a clear yet sometimes white foam then other times real bad pains on left side under heart almost and i will throw up a jelly thats burgany piesces and drk green lumpy yuck. My fatner passed from drinking. Do i have signs of cancer?

it is gastric ulcer final diagnosis by upper Gi Endoscopy , treatment is small multiple meals bland diet complete avoid hot and cold beverage's, and h pylori kit treatment's
and antacids
