What Causes Abdominal Pain While Suffering From Thoracic Aorta Aneurysm?

I went to my primary care physician and was told I have a thoracic aorta aneurysm approximately 4.5 cm and by 9th rib the doctor said I have a thinning of the aorta.I have constant upper abdominal pain in the front and directly to the back. What are somethings I need to do and how dangerous is this?

I really appreciate your concern, such diagnosis of aneurysm need to be taken great care it may be surgical condition it may create emergency some time, it may be worse case sometimes, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
