What Causes Abdominal Pain With Apetite Loss And Dizziness?

What would cause my 14 year old daughter to have abdomen pain, loss of appetite, dizziness and flushing with hot flashes? I did take her to the doctor and they said it was acid reflux, but I think there is something else going on. She was dehydrated.
