What Causes Abdominal Pain With Bloating, Constipation And Blood In Bowels?

I am having abdominal pain with bloating, constipation with diarrea at times, bright red blood when I have a bowl movement. I have tears between the vagina and the anus I have had an altrasound and blood work. The only thing that has come back is enlarged blood vessels on the liver. I feel nausea at times, tired sometimes I feel aches like the flu.I have headaches and tightness in my chest, upper back,mid back. I am going in for an upper and lower GI. Having enlarged blood vessels, can this be a sign of hepatitis

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of pain in abdomen, bloating, constipation with diarrhea at times and blood in stool. There are tears between vagina and anus, ultrasound shows enlarged blood vessels on liver, There is nausea, tiredness, aches like flu, headache and tightness in chest, upper and mid back.
This may be due to hepatitis as a part of the problem.
I would advise you the following:
To get the clear picture, the tests of blood particularly for liver function tests along with tests of urine and stool may help further.
You need proper treatment, started as symptomatic relief, specific for the disease found and supportive management.
The tears in perineum could have been due to peri-anal excoriation secondary to intestinal infection.
Hence a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotic can help.
Local application of liquid povidone iodine is needed to keep the area sterile.
