What Causes Abdominal Pain With Foul Smelling Bowel Movements?
Stomach pains, Very stinky bowel movements and farts. Has been seen by doc, but says can t find anything wrong, guessing might be Fibermyolgia. Stench is really bad and eating doesn t seem to make difference, pain always there BUT sometimes food (any) brings on major stabbing pain

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to get your workup done and rule out malabsorption syndromes. you should get blood tests like CBC, anti-TTG and stool tests done.
For stomach pain, ultrasound abdomen should be done and later endoscopy may be needed. Take OTC like acetaminophen for pain.
