What Causes Abdominal Pain With Heavy Irregular Bleeding Post Medical Abortion?

Hello Dr, I m 28 yrs old female, my last LMP was 19 February 2016,than after one month I didn t meet with my mensuration cycle, than I took pregnancy test and USG, that was positive and USG on 29th March shwn embryo less than 5 weeks. Bcoz of my abnormal vitals and n my first baby is only of few months old,I was not able to carry pregnancy more...than I concerned with my doctor n take medicinal abortion.. Now after than I got my first mensuration period on 4th may to till 8th may.. There was everything is normal. But suddenly on 12th may I met with lower abdominal pain..than on 14-19th may spotting occurred. Than on 20th may again lower abdominal pain occurred, that night I took tab.maftal plus spas.. Under 10 minutes I got heavy bleeding with some clotts that was for few hours.. Than next night on 21st may again met with pain, again I took maftal plus spas n again within 10 minutes there is more heavy bleeding, means I put 4 pads at a time n within 2 minutes they were filled with blood.. Unable to stop leaking with 3-4 pads at a time..my mattress was full with blood even when I weared 5 pads together,that was a horror scarring night .I was completely fant down. Than in morning the bleeding slows down and less.. Yesterday I had no pain .now m scared to that.. I don t want to to go my doctor.. Please suggest me can be that ?? During this period no fever,

I am so sorry to hear about this heavy bleeding post abortion. In most cases, retained products of conception are to blame. .Please, ask for an ultrasound to look at the uterus and tell whether there are any remnants in there that need further revision so as to address this issue fully.
