Hallow Dear, Abdominal pain after intercourse suggests the swelling in the uterus and/or ovaries. Also it may be swelling in the pelvic tissue. It could be due to some infection. Sometimes extreme back fallen uterus results in back falling of the ovaries which may get compressed by hard penis during intercourse resulting in severe pain in the flanks. Internal examination by a Gynaecologist will sort out the matter. If swelling and/or infection, some antibiotics with anti-inflammatory medicines will help you. Extreme fallen back uterus may be given a pessary trial before taking any radical or surgical decision. This pain is usually quite severe and is responsible for nauseating feeling which may result in vomiting also. Some painkiller might help you. Please report to your Gynaecologist.
