General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection. Some advice that I can give to you is:

-Take Buscopan three times a day for the pain
-take daily probiotics
-drink liquids
-eat fibre-rich diet and avoid food that triggers the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
