What Causes Abdominal Pain, constipation And Anxiety Disorder?

my 16 year old daughter has been having abdominal pain for about a month. We went to the doctor and they ran tests. The test results showed that she was constipated. Also, blood tests showed that she had a fatty liver. The doctor s office gave us medicine for the bowls and recommended that she stop eating fatty foods and push a lot of water. It has been a month. It helped at first but now she is sick again with the same pain she had a month ago. I do have another appointment but I don t know how to help her get the treatment she needs. She said it feels like someone is stabbing her but when you push on her belly she doesn t appear to be to be in distress. It appears to hurt more without pushing on it. She says it hurts in the middle of her abdomen. She takes anxiety medicine which she has taken for 8 years and we put her on the birth control pill because she had a lot of menstrual pain when she was 13 years old. What kind of questions should I ask at our appointment to get her the help she needs? This has been going on for a month. She is under a lot of stress so I don t know if this plays a huge role for her. We moved to another state within the last year and a new school. She is working on getting into a middle college program for her 11th and 12th grade of high school. She also had a concussion from falling off a horse. She was out of action from October of 2105 and wasn t cleared until March of 2016. This is her 4th confusion within 3 years. She has started back to riding a horse but appears to be stressed a lot because the horses we were trying was too green and needed more training than she is able to do. We are looking for a more quiet horse for her but it has been a challenge. What questions should I be asking the doctor to get her the right help.

Hello,

* The constipation with abdomen pain in your daughter at age of 16 may be of multiple factors possible as

- low water intake
- lack of fiber supplements
- low activities or sedentary life style
- liver malfunction for bile drainage
- digestive enzyme disturbances
- pancreas issues or else
- hormone changes from cholesterol levels.

Primary guidelines involve
