What Causes Abdominal Pain,cramps And White Vaginal Discharge After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hi there i had a abdominal scan about Two months ago , i was Told i have a 2cm cyst on my ovary Im 23 and i have had irregular périods for a fee years now i have a almost Three year old daughter and i was on the depo shot i got it only Three Times, that was 2 and a half years ago now , last month i got my period on the 12 th until the 15 th , i think i ovulated on the 28 th , had unproted sex on this day , a Week later and still at the moment ive not had my period Also been having cramps everyday, watery White discharge, bloated alot and tender breasts now and Again. Ive took Two pregancy tests one this morning was negitive wondering whats going on?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Some of the symptoms are indicative of pregnancy. Hence it needs to be ruled out. Since urine pregnancy test is negative, kindly get the following tests done:
1. Blood for beta-HCG levels.
2. Trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) of pelvis.
In case this indicates negative for pregnancy, you could be having these symptoms because of 'Polycystic Ovarian Disease' (PCOD). This could be detected by pelvic ultrasound scan.
Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard for appropriate management.
