What Causes Abdominal Pain,severe Bloating And Diarrhea?

I am a 45 year old female. I have had abdominal pain for 5-6 days with severe bloating. I have had blood work, ultrasound, cat scan and upper gi scope. Everything looks normal but I am still in pain. It radiates throughout my abdomen and back, no nausea or vomitting. Loose stools but not much. Any suggestions on what to do next or what it could be? Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity, emotional stress may be the cause of this and in my opinion this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg, Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, and Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium twice in day, hope this information helps, take care.
