What Causes Abdominal Pain, stomach Bloating And Constipation?

Hi, I ve been experiencing a lot of abdominal pain beginning a few days ago. I ve been painfully bloated and constipated with lots of stomach and lower abdominal cramps. When I tried to have a bowel movement my body temperature shot up and I was experiencing cold sweats that only a cold shower would help relieve. My stomach feels like it s not emptying like it should be. Could you help me understand what these symptoms could be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The constipation needs to be treated following are the guide lines.
- Stop eating fast food. Eat more fibrous food and drink lot of water
- Regular abdominal exercises and walk for 45 minutes daily
- Get investigated for any bowel infection / infestation
- Get investigated for food allergies. Consult a gastroenterologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
