Chronic alcohol consumption is not good for health. In your case chronic alcoholism lead to liver damage. And progressive liver failure is causing fluid collection in your abdominal cavity. That's why you are feeling fullness in the abdomen. You might have other symptoms like decreased appetite, weakness, and fatigue, nausea, vomiting etcetera.
Please consult a surgeon and get a liver function test, as well as ultrasound abdomen, done. The surgeon will do fluid taping from the abdominal cavity if required. Avoid alcohol from now. And take carbohydrates rich diet till liver function gets normalized.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Hiren Hirpara
