my dad is 78 yrs old and has been on dialysis for about 10+ yrs ...right now he experiencing a Harding of his stomach. He has not really eaten anything..no appetite and weakness. He is stubborn and will not go to er unless absolutely necessary what do you think

Take him to the ER. If he has fluid buildup in the abdomen this could be a sign of peritonitis. Please do not wait.
