I am married woman. got married in 2010 but i have no kids. After 1 year marrige my periods had irregular. (irregular means bleeding no stopped by taken medicine) i visited hospital for treatment for infertility about 2-3 years. but no result came. Now I have change doctor and i been diagnosed with abdominal tuberculosis last six month before. I have taken AKT 4 for 2 month and now taking AKT 3, empty stomach. its 6 month has been past but i m getting pain my left side. Why? is it intestinal tuberculosis? What to do? I have gain weight about 15 kg. i have try to reduce but its not reducing. please help. when i walk fast stand longer i got pain my left side.
USG can be done to rule out any other severity. Take paracetamol only if its due drugs will go away. Other options are Ibuprofen, it is also considered safe. It's seen in few patients doing yoga decreases weight and reduces stress of disease too! Other weight lose options if BMI is more than 27 are bariatric surgery, diets, ornish diets, Middle Eastern diets are also options. Simply take more fruits, boiled vegetables, juices. Do yoga and pranayama without side-effects.
