What Causes Abdominal Vision With Headache?

My daughter (8 years) has been complaining of abnormal vision since 2 months now. She says that occasionally her vision (i.e. eyesight) starts turning around. It happens when she is lying down and then moves her head, e.g. when trying to get up. It is sometimes associated with headache, but not always. Otherwise, there is no problem: she has a good appetite is lively, sleeps well etc. What should we do, what can we expect?

It seems from the history that your daughter is having abnormal vision with headache on getting up, turning face...
All these indicate probable transient ischemia because of decreased blood supply.
The common causes to be ruled out are anemia, hypotension, hypoglycemia....
If these are absent primary headaches like migraine needs yo be considered.

Hence I advice you yo consult your pediatrics doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
