General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Mere old w pattern does not make a need of treatment as per the clinical evaluation is a must for cardiology patient care.

Kindly consult him with an expert cardiologist for precise guidelines, and there are no Ayurvedic medications for the same. You can continue his current medications without any problem with current presentation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
