What Causes Abnormal EKG After Having Ibrance?
I have a fib which has been under control with tikosyn for several years. I was diagnosed with stage four cancer 1 1/2 years ago. Doctor put me on a new drug, Ibrance, along with letrazole. I took 12 doses of Ibrance and then had my regular cardiac checkup. My EKG was abnormal and my white blood count was .5. I spent 8 days in the hospital and upon release my WBC was 2. Had an EKG in one week and it is still abnormal. I have stopped the Ibrance. I am taking the tikosyn. What do you think my prognosis is? Will my EKG return to normal. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, you have not given anything in detail, like what type malignancy you have, what is the abnormality detected in EKG, WBC of 2 and 5 does not create any sense, what ever it may be but with the right line of treatment everything would be fine and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
