What Causes Abnormal And Aggressive Behaviour?
I have a co worker starting to steal from the company, starting to have sudden outburst yelling and screaming at her friends and loved ones for no reason, she now hiting her bf and stealing from him. I known her for ten years and she never acted this way. She been real moody and angry alot and just does compulsive things and just leave in the middle of the night all emotional.

These changes are mostly related to mode disorders like, anxiety or depression. Though rarely it can be related to neurological diseases like stroke or infections in brain.
So in would suggest she should be assessed by psychiatrist properly for better management.
