What Causes Abnormal Bleeding With Persistent Abdominal And Vaginal Pain?

Im currently on my period but I m 2weeks early. I have 1/2 dollar size blood clots and bleeding very heavy. Where I m assuming my left overie is i have massive sharp pain that doesn t go away. I feel like someone is stabbing me from the inside out and they re using a serrated knife trying to cut threw. the pain at times spreads out a little but continues on the same spot. My vagina feels like someone is grabbing both walls and trying to pry it open and thighs hurt as well. I have constant menstrual cramps even when I m not on my period and have night sweats. I m constantly bloated and lately the pain continues to get worse.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Pain during menstrual periods and in between that means regular and night sweats suggests pelvic inflamatory disease. We can say you are suffering from dysmenorhea. The cause with this presentation seems infection in genital tract that is PID.If such apatient comes to me i will advise her this treatment 1 Tab Azithromycin 2 gm stat cap doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 15 days, Tab Metronidazole 400mg twice a day for 15 days Bruffen tab 400mg thtee times a day Tab Fluconazole 150mg on 4th day and Tab clindamycin Metronidazole Miconazole vaginal to be inserted in vagina before going to bed..Please get your lower abdominal scan done to rule out other causes.
