What Causes Abnormal Bowel Movements During 10 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

HI im 10 weeks pregnant and i went to the bathroom because my stomach was hurting and i go to wipe and when i looked down the stool was sticking to the toilet paper... it was stringy and brown and i could lift it out of the toilet. what could this possibly be?
